Natalie Salunke is a fractional General Counsel and governance professional with experience supporting purpose-led organisations across the charity, technology and sport sectors. She is Interim Chair of the Young Urban Arts Foundation, has previously served as a trustee of Kent Union, and currently sits on the Board of Middlesex County Cricket Club. Natalie brings a practical, people-first approach to governance, with particular strengths in risk management and organisational sustainability. Alongside her board work, she advises founders and leadership teams on legal and strategic growth, combining commercial rigour with a deep commitment to social impact.

Sara’s background is in education. She was a teacher in classrooms and in leadership roles for 38 years. She now works as an independent education consultant and trainer specialising in special educational needs and safeguarding. She is the author of 2 education books and writes regularly for the education press. She is delighted to continue her commitment to tackling domestic abuse, particularly highlighting its impact on children by joining the NSDAS board. She is also a trustee at her synagogue. She loves visiting art galleries and going to the theatre and is a committed open water swimmer.

Lesleigh is an experienced charity CEO, board chair, and senior governance leader with a strong track record across community and mission-driven organisations. She is currently the CEO of a Disability charity in Surrey.
Lesleigh began her career as a social worker in Kent, before progressing into a senior role that designed, commissioned and contracted social care and health services across several London boroughs and the whole of Kent. For the past 28 years she has worked in a few sectors including homelessness & housing, criminal justice, DVA, substance misuse and SEN & disability.
Her board portfolio spans both the voluntary and public sectors, where she has contributed significant expertise in charity governance, safeguarding assurance, finance and risk management.
As Chair of Cranstoun, a UK-wide social justice charity, she championed efforts to tackle inequality and deliver services that reshape lives and inspire positive futures for people that had experienced trauma, disadvantages and poverty.
As a resident of Elmbridge for the past 12 years, Lesleigh is actively involved in the local community. Serving as a trustee for several charities enables her to share her experience in a way that contributes meaningfully to organisations delivering positive, and lasting impact.

Suba was appointed as a Trustee in 2026. She is a senior finance leader with over two decades of experience in highly regulated, international and investor-backed environments, spanning FTSE 100-listed and high-growth infrastructure businesses. She is currently Fractional CFO at a PE-backed energy company after relinquishing her previous role of Finance & HR Director at an EDF subsidiary company. Prior to that at Spectris plc, she operated at Group Financial Controller and Divisional Finance Director level across operations in the UK, Europe, USA, Asia and South America.
Suba provides end-to-end financial leadership to organisations, strengthening governance, improving efficiency, and driving growth.
In her spare time, she loves cooking, reading and travelling. She also mentors women through various networks and works with organisations to promote equity, diversity & inclusion.

Amy started her professional life working with people who had learning disabilities and mental health issues. This taught her a huge amount about the transformative effect of creating more personalised support for people and established her life-long interest in the societal factors that influence our health. This led to a role working across Bradford District to reduce health inequalities and improve care. In this role Amy was able to immerse herself in the day to day workings of the NHS – considering the social factors that impacted on everything from primary care usage to hospital discharge. For the past decade Amy as worked in national charity sector roles that tangibly improve NHS care through clinical education, leadership development, policy and health influencing. Addressing social injustice and health inequalities have always been a central theme to Amy's work and was the major draw to becoming a trustee at NSDAS in 2023.

Neill is a IT professional that works within Service Management Consulting. He works for Capgemini and has worked on projects at HMRC, Home Office and NS&I. These have been around transformation of services including processes and governance of them.
Previously he has worked in the oil industry, Financial services, dealing with companies like Shell, Schumberger, NCSC, GCHQ, BP, BNYE, Reuters.
Neill has worked in different countries over the years in his career undertaken Service Management, Project Management and supporting activities. Neill joined NSDAS as the IT trustee in 2024. Neill's interest include reading, music, travel.

Natasha Davidson is an experienced marketing and strategy leader with extensive global experience, most recently in the edtech space – an industry that fuels her passion to do work of impact. She serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Group GTI, a career discovery platform dedicated to helping university graduates and school leavers connect to meaningful careers. She also serves as a Venture Partner and Marketing Advisor with Emerge Education, Europe’s leading edtech venture capital firm. She is an advisory board member at Inventorium Education, a new venture dedicated to helping marginalised and under-represented young people re-engage with education and skills training. She lives in Sunbury-on-Thames, and when not working, she loves spending time outdoors, reading, travelling and all things tea. She’s currently studying to be a Tea Sommelier with the UK Tea Academy.
